According to the report, trade turnover between Viet Nam and ten members of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) in 2019 reached US$77.4 billion, a 3.9 per cent increase from 2018.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to enhance the application of e-commerce with the aim of narrowing the digital divide, an official said at the Viet Nam Online Business Forum 2019 held on Tuesday in Ha Noi.
Enterprises and individuals operating electronic commerce businesses
will be fined if they have not registered their businesses with the
Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT).
